Descripción

Aynesly is used by buses and all to get to Huron Elementary school and the road is in bad shape!!! There are more potholes than road. Recently I had surgery and it was actually painful to ride down my own street!!!!!!!!

Aynesly is bad but the whole subdivision's streets need suitable repair or replacement. Unfortunately, it's not going to happen as Macomb County is responsible, not Clinton Twp. The only way these roads get fixed is if we vote in a special tax district and finance it with a bond issue. Rates are low and if we do it now and finance it over 20yrs it would be very affordable for all of us.

I've tried this one already. I actually got a email back from the county that said "Tuff Luck", they said its up to the city to repair these roads. Something needs to be done, for the amount of taxes we pay these roads should be placed.

I would support a bond issue to get these streets fixed. Now if only we can get get a few street ligts (just a few) and some more trees in the neighborhood our home values would rise a little.

We need to stop paying some of the taxes until someone takes notice, last meeting years ago the just wanted to blacktop over a road that was washing away and pay $10,000 per owner. They were NOT going to remove all bad cement just blacktop the whole thing
