  Pditty, thank you for up voting this issue to be fixed. You see, the secret lane on Commander Shea Blvd is inaccessible to any cars and it can only be used by pedestrians anyway. The improvement I suggested makes it safer for pedestrians and has no negative impact on other road users. It's not about frivolity. It's about considering the impact and being sensible. There is no bus route on Commander Shea Blvd. Since the Department of Traffic & Parking was notified of this issue, let's leave this issue alone unless you have new information to contribute.
