Description

Awful job of trash and recycling collection on Jersey from 6th st to 1st St. loose trash all over, ripped bags partially full of trash left on sidewalks, full bags of trash uncollected, trash cans left in the street as a rule, trash bags in cans only partially collected. how is jersey city supervising trash collection?
