Really simple solution. Get rid of the blinking yellow light for the left turn, when there is a green light for opposite traffic but a red light for the two right lanes going in the same direction as the left turn lane. This is way too confusing for EVERYONE, not just inexperienced drivers!

Accidents at both 21 & 22 and Schoenherr in the last week. These smart lights are confusing drivers.

If people are confused when driving, maybe they shouldn't be driving.

Red = STOP Yellow = CAUTION Green = GO It's been that way forever. What's the problem???????

some people do not know what is the difference between a blinking yellow arrow OR a solid yellow arrow , or a blinking red arrow?????

The system changed things. It used to be that as the lights changed to red the left turn light would turn green. Now one side can turn red but the left turn lane is not cleared to go as the other side still has green. This is different and this causes confusion. Whe. U are used to one way for many years and it changes, especially with something like driving you introduce these issues. Maybe you have another reason why accidents have increased? I didn't say I was opposed to the new lights just my opinion of the increased accidents.

People need to watch the light for the LANE THAT THEY ARE IN, and not the lights for the other lanes

computer controlled intersections are a disaster, no continuity, totally random, not timed at all, if these POS are supposed to improve traffic flow, get a refund and take them out. Same POS system as Oakland county, those don't work either
