2:45pm Comcast truck has been idling for >20 minutes. Driver is fast asleep in the vehicle. Have tried calling Comcast and the best they could offer is "we'll see what we can do" (talked to Monika, but she was dispatch with NJ)

3:00pm update. Driver is still asleep with vehicle idling. Maybe his gas will eventually run out? I am uploading another photo with a clear picture of the Comcast Vehicle Number and the license plate. Plus, he is parked idling in a "no stopping anytime" area. In another 15 minutes will call the police to make sure he is OK.

Great pictures, but where is the no stopping sign, or picture of the tech? You have to be fair.

Good feedback. In the second set of pictures you see his arm, and trust me...go visit that same intersection and I guarantee the "no stopping" sign is still there. Only so much you can ask of a mobile phone camera! To Comcast's credit, I received a phone call this afternoon from operations control and was assured from a credible supervisor that they are taking appropriate actions. Thank you Comcast.
