This street lamp issue still has not even been "acknowledged" by the city dept. responsible for fixing it.

FIXED.
I’m closing any “street lamp out” issues I’ve reported. The city no longer “acknowledges” individual outages, because they are in the process of replacing all conventional bulbs with LEDs on an entire block-by-block basis, in order to save labor costs.
