I'm surprised that this hasn't been commented on ... am I the only one who thinks this is a hazard?

A few weeks ago someone added pylons beside this wall - although one has since been removed. Perhaps someone tripped but nothing has been done to repair the wall. This is especially dangerous at night because that area is not well lit.

Pylons are still there many weeks later.

The YMCA installed hand rails to the ramp a few months ago.
