Who is responsible for clearing the snow from the sidewalk at the Hoyt Barnum Historical Society House? I have to walk this route to get to my bus stop, which is by the house, and it is usually not shoveled and treacherous to impossible to walk on. What had been footprints in soft snow last night had become a minefield of frozen, icy footprints this morning.
