There are a lot of kids in our neighborhood and no stop sign @ the intersection of 5th Ave & Charles St. Many speeders fly up and down Charles like a drag strip between Sixth & Hope w/o any regard for the many children at play. PLEASE SLOW DOWN - the speed limit is 25, not 55mph!
