That's trash that gets dropped off by people who doesn't even leave over there. The city and the apartment complex management needs to do better.

Those items were removed, but someone keeps dropping things off over here. Now there's 3 dirty mattresses by the dumpster and they did NOT come from a resident at the apartment complex.
