Opis
This is for the alley on the 1400 block of W. Laburnum Ave. between MacArthur and Newport. A request was submitted MARCH 2013 and the alley has not received new gravel and grading. I have contacted City Council to no avail. Many neighbors have been calling and submitting requests. WHAT IS TAKING SO LONG? The last time I requested gravel was 2005 and it was done in 4 months.

7/3/2014 - Service Review: Richmond Alley Repair Mgmt team noted this location was finished out for grade and chip as of 4/28/2014. Also an alley blitz was performed for North Richmond for middle spring going into middle summer - case file closed
