Seems nobody cares. Road surface is gradually worsening and lights are still not working, very dangerous

Seems that no-one is responding to this problem. A Year now and lights still not repaired.

Seems no-one is addressing our problem with bad lighting and broken road surface.
This situation is dangerous to both pedestrians and vehicles as the problem made worse as it is on a road bend.
