Description
Regularly there are people parking vehicles on the EB side of Michigan Ave across from the Soup Spoon Cafe. It is clearly marked 'no parking'. With the recent snow blocking the shoulder, many cars have parked in the right-hand driving lane, blocking traffic and forcing cars to merge into the left lane. This is both during the lunch hour and 5:00 commute.
