Sharraxaadda

Working late at night, I make a left turn onto Wade Road 5 times a week, and 5 times a week, I find myself waiting often times for about 2 minutes - even when there is little to no traffic to speak of. It's frustrating watching someone off in the distance gradually coming closer, and finally going by you, while in that amount of time, you could have made multiple turns. I'm wasting time, money, and causing increased pollution sitting at this light. Can the DOT fix this?
