Beschreibung
The traffic volume on Spring Street has become high, increasingly noisy and fast. Most cars are not local and are simply using The North End residential roads to cut from Rte 17 (bridge traffic) to Rte 66 or Rte 3. Many cars race through the school zone as well. I propose making the east end of Spring Street a one way only road by blocking the Rte 17 bridge traffic thus eliminating the cut-thru traffic.
