Anne-Marie @ Vernon DPW: Unfortunately, this repair will have to wait until this spring. The patch material does not adhere well in cold weather conditions. Please call the Public Works Office at 860-870-3500 if you have further questions.

As per Anne-Marie's comment of 2014 this issue is now closed.
