I do not ride a bike during rush hour. I do walk, drive and take the bus past this almost every day. Besides being illegal this is most certainly dangerous and unfair to other law abiding vehicles. They should not have the right to park here. This is not just a problem during rush hour. They were parked out last night at 9pm as well.

Yesterday around 12:30pm, a Police vehicle pulled up behind a white car that was parked in front of Phoebe's. The officer went into the business and, within a minute, the owner of the car came out and moved the car.

Thanks for the update, but by 4 pm there was another car in the bike lane obscuring it's license plate with a menu. Not to mention two the day before around the same time.
