Hello Reporter,
You will be waiting a very very very long time. What the City is doing now is closing these requests because the equipment needed to repair the alleys is not working (see their comment above). So unfortunately, the City will close your request and act like it's been completed. A real SHAM!!!!
Don't be surprised if you notice the City reposting my comment with my email address. Like they don't have anything better to do with their time!
