It is a violation to keep in an unenclosed area, any goods, junk, material or merchandise in the same place for more than twenty-four hours and that is not actively being sold.
Storage PODS cannot be placed on a property permanently, however, they can be placed for the duration of an active building permit issued by the City.
Additionally for non construction use, a permit is not required for the first fourteen (14) days a storage container is located on the property. An extension for up to an additional fourteen (14) days may be obtained through an approved City permit.
This issue is now closing. The appliances have been removed from the property. The issue regarding the pod is being addressed on another SeeClickFix report.
