Is the seam at 411 N. 20th or is it south of that at Vine St.?

North of Vine. Is is the bridge over the old RR tracks. In front of the Grannery and Whole Foods on 20th Street. Seam was repaired 2 years ago but now 3' openig. Heavy bus and truck use.
