Traffic signal for E bound 55th St at Market St not picking up bicycles again, even in broad daylight. I sat here with my bike, behind the crosswalk line and just to the left of the bike lane, and the traffic going W on 55th St was given a green light but I going E was not. This signal has been problematic ever since the L turn light for Market St was installed. Please fix so that it works for bikes in all directions, 100% of the time.
