Description
As usual, there is a lot of debris in the street and along the curb in front of the Alderman Dow scrapyard on Chapel. It's particularly bad now, and there is a distinct possibility of property damage to cars and bicycles, as well as injury to pedestrians, cyclists and drivers, as people try to maneuver around or through the splintered wood and trash here. There needs to be more consistent pressure put on this company and its customers to not dump trash here. It's shameful and dangerous. It becomes even more so at about 4pm every day, when the trucks line up w/ scrap outside, thus forcing cars traveling past out into the shoulder full of debris. Please clean this up, and help keep it that way. Thx.

The junkyard apparently has reduced area inside their property where trucks line up.
Now , every morning trucks are lined up on Chapel Street forcing eastbound traffic into the westbound lane and creating a hazard, They should be forced to use their own property for a waiting area
