Description

There is a large Douglas Fir in the public right of way where 147th Street would be at 28th Avenue NE that appears hazardous and has lost several large branches on the windward side, leaving it heavy on the street side. It has exposed roots and on uneven ground next to the road, so likely does not have many roots on the road side. Water pools on the high side when it rains. Remaining branches have excessive cones and droop down, looking heavy.

Could you please assess the long term safety of this tree? it is large enough to hit a few houses and power lines.
