What have you done to fix this? A truck turned left from Ashe onto be Hillsborough this afternoon and parked to deliver goods. The trailer is blocking half of the eb lane.

We have installed flexible delineators along the gore median on the western side of Hillsborough Street at Ashe Ave to prevent lefts from Ashe Ave onto Hillsborough Street. We are also installing a no u-turn sign for westbound Hillsborough Street at Ashe Ave, and removing the stop bar for left turns from Hillsborough to Ashe and replacing with yield line markings."
