The drain was filled in, yet the water coming from Rufina Circle ( the grade in front of the old Silva lanes) onto Rufina St. is still a problem. That drain was placed to catch that fast runoff. Another source adding to the problem is the drain on the property behind mine (Fastenel business is in the building) on the corner of Rufina Cir. and Rufina St., seems to be overwhelmed and water runs down that steep driveway and right to the street where my mailbox is which is why I am even bringing it up. The water that goes over the side walk makes it difficult for me to get my mail, and in the winter it freezes into ice making it an ice sheet over the curb and sidewalk, and difficult to get the mail then too.

There is still a water drainage problem on the street and on the property parking lot where the water is undermining the asphalt and there is a hole. The street problem is that all of the rain/storm water comes around Rufina Circle onto Rufina St. and then makes it impossible for me to get my mail, and dangerous when all that storm water freezes up over the curb because it does not run off properly because the storm drain that was there at Rufina Circle and Rufina St. is now closed up by the City.
