The red light runners are still at it on Northbound Utica Rd at Masonic. Fraser police have done nothing to stop this problem. They have plenty of time to sit in the church parking lot at Masonic and Cyril watching for anyone going 3 miles over the speed limit on Masonic. Sitting in a factory lot on Masonic east of Groesbeck. I guess they're just waiting for someone to get killed at Utica and Masonic. This is a problem in the morning during rush hour and evening rush too.
