It is along Moraga across the street from Montclair Park all the way down to Medau. It was there Saturday and had been there for almost one week. It was probably Caltrans or their contractor trimming on the Rte 13 ROW, but they left piles of debris in parking spaces all along Moraga Ave in Montclair.
