dark blue monte carlo that owner idles/revs engine multiple times a day. he lets it run from anywhere between 15 minutes to an hour.
he has been doing this everyday for over 2 months. i don't think the car is even registered.
i am so glad i just heard about this program!

idles and revs his car at 7:30 in the morning every morning for about 40 minutes, everytime he revs exhaust poors out and fills the air and my house with exhaust. probably starts and idles his car 4 or 5 times daily..not to mention the added noise pollution

something needs to be done about this immediately! this man has been creating so much pollution and it's making the entire neighborhood sick from exhaust! please help us!

the car was gone for a few days after this was posted. now it's back and he still idles it.
