Description

There are ties dumped on the side of the road (actually on the sidewalk) at two locations very close to each other. One location is on the east side of 7th street NW in the middle of the block between McKnight AVE NW and the I-40 frontage road. The second location is 1 block away at the corner of McKinght AVE NW and 8th St NW. There are about 5 tires total and they are normal passenger vehicle size tires. Thanks.
