Description

The right lane on the north bound Parkway access road at Weatherly backs up on weekday mornings. Alot of cars want to turn right onto Weatherly and are blocked by cars continuing north. I would suggest either extending the time of the green light to allow the right lane to clear or make the right lane a dedicated turn lane. The center lane can handle traffic wanting to continue north on the Parkway access road. Alot of the traffic wanting to go East on Weatherly on weekeday mornings is Grissom traffic. The traffic backing up at this intersection causes a Safety issue. People wanting to go East on Weatherly cut through the businesses just south of Weatherly over to Blanda Dr. in order to avoid this intersection. I know of a teenager that ran into someone on Blanda Dr. while cutting through.
