Description
During Non-Peak hours, this traffic light appears to function as normal with proper timing; however, during the peak hours once numerous business workers flood the road, this becomes your worst enemy. Traffic begins to back up and congest, sometimes as far as the JTO entrance. Its a struggle to get to the freeway and frustrating to see only a few (10 or less) cars make it through the light before it changes. So now you sit in a line of traffic at on red while the free exit/on ramp light remains green. They do not appear to be synced nor prepared to handle the influx of drivers at that time. This needs a fix, it was frustrating enough to deal with the modernization of Route 2, followed by a bridge deck replacement, all of which were suppose to make it better and handle more traffic. Sadly, it appears to have caused new issues and this light is just one of many.
