I notice that service technicians will study this light complex at the junction box from time to time.
Then afterwards, the times for the lights to change may improve for a day or two but subsequently the lights resume their slow or NO functionality. This means they are still not working.
There are several other intersections I use which change rapidly and on demand when cars or pedestrians use the buttons.
Why can't this one work the same way?
Please fix McConnell Drive and Clairmont so that McConnell Drive traffic does not have to wait several minutes for light changes.
During rush hours, traffic will pile up in the intersection so that even when the lights turn to green it's hard to proceed from McConnell on to Clairmont Road.
