Description

I believe the timer needs to be reassessed at this light. it takes a very, very long time to get the light at constitution to cross va beach blvd. when we do finally get the light I think it is all of maybe about 20 seconds. as a patron of that neighborhood, I would love to see this re-looked at and potentially adjusted
