yes I totally agree! my husband and I would love to but unfortunately it's hard finding a place on bus line. we would like to move towards outer Albany asap. this city is trash.. bums everywhere, trash, etc

Troy ny is the biggest skank scum pot hole welfare losers etc etc etc on the face if the earth , oh and don't say move out, my one rentals in Troy, nice house, nice tenants for once after 20 years!!since they have children.the Neighbors are @#$% about it call CPS, code, animal control every other day, fianlly have great tenants! Property is kept up nicely from the tenants, the kids have no sidewalk to go to the park,, so ALL the kids need to ride bikes walk or jog in the road to get to park, this is off Campbell's ave too, an ok area, my father I law built the house, it's a cute street , Lower Sherman, our taxes just keep going up and up, can't they put in a safe sidewalk to walk to the park?! It's not a very big street!! It's dangerous,! I gotta deal with code and CPS because of the city has no sidewalk?? What a DUMP TROY IS!! Just pay and pay , oh it's funny too! Ever call the water dept or city hall?! Forget it! No one picks up!! I just want to unload this nice house and peice of property but due to our city being one of the biggest welfare city's in ny state and our wonderful economy that IS NOT changing, I'm stuck, please don't say "just sell then if you hate it so much!"I live in north greenbush and what a difference, but that's no picnic either, this whole area has gone done the dirty. Toilet what a waste, I'm self employed for 21 years and still cannot get reliable people since they're all on welfare, disability or unemployment, the state allows it, it's a joke,I don't get it, don't get when everyone's all hanging around the streets doing nothing when I drive by to a job site, drinking beers and loving life on MY TAXES
