This issue will need to be addressed by the property owner. Code enforcement can see to the implementation of this cleanup process.

What is the requirement time-frame for them to fix this? It is going to be getting warm soon and this will be a massive mosquito breeding ground. On top of that it is killing off all the trees back there in what WAS our little nature preserve area between complexes. We pay more every month for the view here and that view is in the process of dying.

Violation is on private property and cannot be viewed from City right of way. Both property owners will be contacted.
