Descrição

Could someone please find the sewer at the corner of 88C street and 106 Avenue. Numerous large puddles and holes making it impossible to small cars. Unable to stop properly on the road due to ice conditions. The sewer had been visible, kept that way by my husband until the city plowed it over.
