The new mandrin house -chinese store locate at 6351 germantown ave. Their trash day is Wednesday, they make so much revenue from my community that they fell the need to illegally short dump their garbage around the corner next to my home for Friday pick up and for the strays to tear open. I've complained to the city over 3 weeks ago. Yet they still do it. Last week I had to wait at my door for 2 hours to catch them in the act. I called police and he took it back into the store. But later that night he still dumped it on the corner at germantown and duval st. I know they are suppose to have a dumpster. You can tell it's commercial trash. The city is much quicker to fine a home owner then a business.
