Description
At Safeway exit, there is a two-part turn light: first, left turn arrow comes on; next, right turn arrow (NOTE: signage indicates right turn on right turn arrow ONLY)--but the right turn arrow does not reliably turn on, and traffic backs up on Safeway driveway and lots of horn honking ensues. This seems random, morning and afternoon; weekdays and weekends. This issue has been reported several times.

Traffic signal was installed to improved motorist movements entering and leaving Safeway parking lot. At this time the traffic signal operation is working according to design. Thank you for your interest in traffic operations.
