Someone is dumping construction debris off the side trail that parallels Skyline Blvd. 100 ft south of where the median splits.

The dumpers are gaining access to the fire trail at the trailhead opposite 14230 skyline because the post is broken on the vehicle barrier and the chain that blocks vehicles is down as a result so dumpers can drive on to the path

I had reported both these problems but they did not get fixed I will open a new ticket for the barrier repair

A month later and this huge pile of construction debris is still sitting here.

They are continuing to dump more debris. Until this is cleaned up and trail head fence is repaired this is going to be an ongoing illegal dump.
