  The west side of the street is public. If these vehicles are on the west side of the street please contact Parking Services at the Walnut Creek Police Department at 925-935-6400.

  The east side is private property and there is no restriction on how long a vehicle may be parked there. If the vehicle is proven to be operable and the property owner is OK with the vehicle being present, there would be no violation present. Parking Services cannot tow for 72 hour parking violations on the east side of the street.

  They are on private side of the street illegally double parked, and not drivable. Tags are expired. This is a code violation

  On the other side of the street (public) cars are left for weeks/months and not moved. Parking enforcement came out 2 times, but has not been out recently to tag vehicles sitting.
