The traffic light at the intersection of Sherwood Dr./Phillips St and Roscoe Rd. turns red without any cars coming from Sherwood or Phillips. I get stopped all the time when I'm coming home from downtown Newnan. It's very frustrating. It used to turn red only when a car triggered it. It needs to stay green on Roscoe unless triggered by vehicle on Sherwood or Phillips.
