some other neighbors and i have called several times. also, have tried talking to the person who lives there about it. nothing changes.

Call the SPCA! Writing to a newspaper doesn't help those poor animals. Duh.

PLEASE CALL ANIMAL CONTROL !!!!!!!!!!!! OR THEY WILL DIE !!!!!!!!!!!!

Call the office of Representative Patrick Meehan. And get your neighbors to call as well. Such cruelty cannot be tolerated. Those who do such despicable,heartless things to animals will one day learn compassion the hard way. It will boomerang right back to them in their time of need.
In the meantime call the SPCA!!!!! Keep calling!!! God Bless You!
