This is becoming a serious problem. Ignorant people are parking all along N.Quarry St. in both the morning and afternoon to drop off/pick up their children. They are actually driving up on the sidewalk , blocking driveways , double-parking, completely ignoring the crossing guard and the speed limit of 20 mph. I am VERY,VERY concerned about the safety of these children. I watched a child almost get hit by a car this morning 1-13-2014 . Parents are parking wherever they want . PLEASE DO SOMETHING NOW !!!!!!
