Excess rain water runoff from Ridgeview Rd to Manoah Ct (new street) running across our backyard (lowest land point) creating a stream that never dries up. (have video but not allowed to upload on this site). We believe solution is to install storm water runoff pipes underground to catch basin at end of Manoah.
