Thank you for bringing your concern to our attention. We have inspected the tree and found it to be on private property, so it is a private property matter. Our Parks arborist, view the tree and could not confirm that the tree was hazardous. He said the tree appears to be healthy that that type of tree can grow at an angle.
We will make contact with the property owner and let them know a concern was brought up. However we will not take further action as it would be the responsibility of the site owner.
Since this is a private property matter we are closing the file at this time.
