This is a problem with all of the Saratoga Springs Schools. I have noticed the same thing at Maple Av. and the Dorothy Nolan Schools. Maple Av. Schools have signs that say "Speed limit 30 when flashing ", while 300 feet further they have signs that say "Speed limit 30, 7AM to 6PM, and the flashing signs never operate 7AM to 6AM. Confusing. No one ever turns them off when the school is off for vacations and holidays, either.
