Description

Car using excessive speed to pass a law abiding vehicle between E 29th and E 30th. Car going at least 60+mph. This is a very dangerous stretch of road with vehicles often speeding, passing and running the stop sign. Please consider a safety measure Perhaps consider a traffic circle at E31st.
