  Thank you for the inquiry. Do the residents of this property have signage stating there is an auto repair business? Have they stated as such to you? I have checked online and haven't seen an advertisement for this activity at this property. Are the inoperable vehicles on the driveway or the public street?

  No ads or signage. Yep there are cars in driveway that havent been moved. Some are. Un licenced california cars in driveway and street. One or 2 cars sitting in driveway foreever.

  Upon a check of the property late this morning, there was a solitary BMW parked in the driveway. The vehicle did not appear to be inoperable. In case the resident denies operating an auto shop on the property, do you have any evidence showing that they are?

  If there are vehicles registered out of state and have been present for a period of time, you may report the vehicles & property to the DMV as they are the agency with jurisdiction over this specific subject.
