Description
Ever since the side walk was put in place (six months ago) the path ways to my house floods any time it rains. The build up of water is weakening the steps on my front porch causing it to move when walked on. My family and I CAN NOT ENTER OR LEAVE OUR HOME WITHOUT STEPPING INTO 3-4 INCHES OF WATER EVERY TIME IT RAINS. Thanks for showing interest in this matter and helping get it resolved.

1/13/2014 - Thanks so much for your communication with Richmond City government online - the situation with the standing sidewalk water has been formally referred to Richmond DPW Engineering (20020927875) so that a proper assessment can be made - if Richmond CIP can resolve this matter a notice can be mailed to you via U. S. Postal mail from Richmond Engineering. Please dial 804-646-0435 and refer to 20020927875 to be placed on this mail out list
Richmond Public Works noted there is nothing they plan to do at this location and have made the referral to DPW Engineering
