Closed City of Raleigh 3 (Verified Official)

This location was studied about a year ago for a protected left turn phase and did not meet warrants at that time. The addition of a traffic generator could increase traffic volumes in the area and the City will restudy this location in the near future once traffic patterns have returned to normal activity.
